About Dr. Jankowski

Dr Judy Jankowski

Dr. Judy Jankowski is the founder of Educational Innovation and Advocacy (EIA). Over the past four decades, she has dedicated her professional life to building a deep understanding of the continuum of human development, working with neurodiverse individuals from nine months to twenty-one years of age.

Dr. J has served in multiple roles beginning as a teacher, later moving into administration and professional development, and expanding her expertise as a board member and community advocate in organizations serving neurodiverse learners across the country.

With a keen interest in research and the desire to develop an evidence base for special educators, Dr. Jankowski founded the Center for Educational Research and Technological Innovation (CERTI) in 2021, while serving as Head of School at Chesapeake Bay Academy.

Advocating for School Choice has also been a personal priority for Dr. J. She is a staunch advocate of the Education Improvement Scholarship Tax Credit Program (EISTCP) in Virginia, raising funds to provide scholarships for economically disadvantaged students with special learning needs. Creating opportunities for all students that effectively address their individual educational needs continues to be central to Dr. J’s work with children and families.
